Craig's 30 years' energy conservation industry experience includes having owned an energy auditing and design firm with more than 100 public housing authorities as clients. Due to his wide experience with the nuts and bolts of energy efficiency projects from auditing to engineering to finance, Craig has held management positions with major international Energy Services firms. Craig is the team leader for CTI EPC projects. |

Tom Timmins Treasurer/COO cell ((413) 695 4063 tomtimmins@ctienergyservices.com Tom brings three decades of top management in finance, sales, and operations of manufacturing and service companies and 501(c)3 organizations dedicated to promoting the common good. He has focused on complicated start-up projects and team management of complex enterprises. Tom handles finance, marketing, and trade relations for CTI. He makes his financial team available to PHAs as they decide on the most effective financial structure for their EPCs. |

Hugh Kirkpatrick Director of Engineering cell (413) 250 0210 hkirkpatrick@ctienergyservices.com Hugh has 14 years of energy performance contract project management experience and manages EPC project implementation. Hugh is widely experienced in mechanical engineering, project planning, choosing and managing subcontractors, sourcing materials, and successfully completing complex projects. A passionate conservationist, Hugh dedicates his skills to implementing the most efficient, sustainable energy conservation measures in each project. |

Barry Simon PE, Energy Engineer Barry, former head of Energy Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, has analyzed and redesigned building energy systems for many high profile projects for both private clients and the US Department of Energy across the country. Working under contract to the Department of Energy, he has provided energy consulting and commissioning services for projects that include the US Capitol, the Smithsonian Institute, and many high profile office buildings for GSA. |

Edward Symes, III Strategic Partner Ned, founder of Quadel Consulting, Washington, DC, the nation’s foremost consultant to housing authorities and managers of low-income housing, manages CTI’s HUD relations and Housing Authority consulting. Ned has 30 years experience providing consulting, training and program management services to private organizations and public agencies operating affordable housing programs. His principle areas of expertise include financial planning and management of housing programs and organizations, strategic planning, housing redevelopment and turnaround of troubled properties and organizations. |
